2 Piece of dried arbol chili
1 Piece of guajillo chili
0.5 Piece of chipotle chili pepper marinated
2 Piece of garlic clove
0.25 Piece of onion
0.5 cup of water
1 pinch of salt
12 Piece of oysters in their shell
1 tablespoon canola oil
0.5 Cup of grated chihuahua cheese
2 tablespoons parsley

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 220ºC.
Blend chile de arbol, guajillo, chipotle, water and onion until integrated; increase the flavor with salt.
Remove the oysters from their shells, reserving them for later.
Throw the oysters into a bowl, bathe them with the sauce and let them rest for 5 minutes in your fridge.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the oysters and seal for 1 minute.
Place the devilish oysters back in their shells, add a little more of the diabla sauce to each one and top them with the cheese.
Bake for a minute, or until the cheese gratine.
Sprinkle with parsley out of the oven and serve immediately.
