  • 2 Piece of dried arbol chili

  • 1 Piece of guajillo chili

  • 0.5 Piece of chipotle chili pepper marinated

  • 2 Piece of garlic clove

  • 0.25 Piece of onion

  • 0.5 cup of water

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 12 Piece of oysters in their shell

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

  • 0.5 Cup of grated chihuahua cheese

  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Oysters a la diabla

Preparation
.
  1. Preheat your oven to 220ºC.

  2. Blend chile de arbol, guajillo, chipotle, water and onion until integrated; increase the flavor with salt.

  3. Remove the oysters from their shells, reserving them for later.

  4. Throw the oysters into a bowl, bathe them with the sauce and let them rest for 5 minutes in your fridge.

  5. Heat the oil in a pan, add the oysters and seal for 1 minute.

  6. Place the devilish oysters back in their shells, add a little more of the diabla sauce to each one and top them with the cheese.

  7. Bake for a minute, or until the cheese gratine.

  8. Sprinkle with parsley out of the oven and serve immediately.
