Oysters gratin with basil

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180ºC.
Place the grain salt in a baking dish and reserve.
Separate the oysters from the shells and put them to drain, reserve the juice and mix it with the clam.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, toss it with garlic and lightly brown.
Add flour and mix until integrated.
Blend parsley and basil together with the juice you reserved, return to the pan, correct the flavor with salt and pepper.
Lower the heat, cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
Place the oysters back in their shells, bathe them with the sauce you prepared, cover with Manchego cheese and transfer to the plate with salt.
Bake until the cheese is gratinated and browned. Serve immediately out of the oven. Share and enjoy.
